Born in 1975 in Kolkotta India, Tripti Agarwal is a self-taught artist.Having a diploma in Business Mgmt. from Symbiosis Pune, it was in art that she found her true calling. In 1999 she discovered the art of soot painting. Soot paintings are made by skillfully moving the canvas over a flame, producing interesting results. The artist proceeds with instinct and visual comprehension as fire consumes many a piece. In 2003 Tripti got enlisted in the
